Respect the actors

Our actors are part of the experience, but they must never be touched, grabbed, pushed, hit, or kicked. If an actor touches you as part of the experience, do not retaliate physically.

No phones or light-emitting devices

Phones, smartwatches, smart bands, flashlights, vapes, lighters, cameras, and laser pointers are not allowed inside. Leave them outside or with the staff before entering.

Do not damage the house

You have 45 minutes

If you need to stop

If you feel unable to continue, or there is an emergency, immediately inform a staff member or follow the emergency instructions provided before entering.
